Frequently Asked Questions

Please reach us at inclusivespeechservices@gmail.com or 716-547-8255 if you cannot find an answer to your question.

Yes! Please navigate to the Billing page to see all the providers we are in network with.

During the evaluation, you will provide us with your health insurance card and we will check to see the coverages your insurance has for speech therapy. Most insurances will approve a certain amount of visits at one time. If a patent needs more than the approved number of visits, we will request additional visits for the patient. We do all the heavy lifting so our patients can focus on their communication and speech skills. Once Speech therapy benefits are confirmed, the patient is usually only responsible for a small copay.

Remember: Every insurance plan is different and the plan is a contract between the patient and the insurance company.

If you are noticing any delays, gaps, or concerns in the speech or communication of a loved one, it may be a good time to reach out to a licensed speech-language pathologist to evaluate and treat the issue. A 15 minute phone consultation with an SLP can help you decide the best next steps to take.

The earlier a speech or communication problem is evaluated and treated, the more effective the treatments plan will be to get your loved one back on track. It is never too early or a wrong time to conduct an evaluation. During the evaluation, will provide you with information outlining appropriate developmental milestones as well as a detailed report on where your loved one is at.

We works with children and adults of all ages, from infants to seniors.

Therapy sessions are typically between 30-60 minutes each. However, every patient is different and an individualized treatment plan is necessary based on that patients needs, and personality. Most treatment plans call for 1 sessions per week but this also may be adjusted to either twice a week or bi weekly depending on the patient.

Absolutely! Whether you are a parent, grandparent, or caregiver of the patient, we encourage all family members to understand the areas the evaluation is addressing.

YES! Whether you are a parent, grandparent, or caregiver of the patient, we encourage all family members to participate and learn. Involving family members in therapy is a vital part of therapy’s success. We will train caregivers so they can be empowered to affect positive change toward their loved one's communication progress.
